Shipping + Returns + Exchanges 

At District 828, we understand that finding the perfect pair of sunglasses is essential to your satisfaction. We strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. In the event that there are any changes, please refer to the following guidelines:

  • Eligibility:

Returns/Exchanges are only applicable for unworn, undamaged sunglasses with original tags and packaging intact.
Sunglasses must be returned within (7) business days from the date of purchase.

  • Reasons for Returns/Exchange:
Exchanges are accepted for reasons such as sizing issues, color preferences, or product defects.
Please note that we do not offer returns/exchanges for change of mind or accidental damage caused by the customer.
  • Initiating the Return/Exchange:
To initiate a return/exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at info@district828.com including your order number, e-mail address used on the order & reason for return/exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  • Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return.
  • Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned sunglasses, please allow up to (7) business days for us to process the return/exchange.
We will notify you via email once your return/exchange has been processed and provide you with tracking information if you have selected a replacement item.
  • Exchange Options:

Depending on availability, you may choose to exchange your sunglasses for a different style, color, or size.
If the desired item is out of stock, we can issue you a store credit or refund to your original form of payment.

  • Shipping/Handling

We provide order confirmation & tracking number to all customers. We do not ship with signature required unless requested. We are NOT liable for stolen packages. If your package has been stolen, you must contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. 

  • Final Sale Items:

Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange. This information will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. 

  • Additional Information:

Returns & exchanges are subject to approval and may be declined if the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to amend our exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
